Refund Policy

Lazy Dog English Studio

This refund policy applies to all courses booked with Lazy Dog English Studio.

1. Cooling-off period

In line with UK consumer law, students have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of payment, provided the course has not yet started.
If you cancel within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation before the course start date

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but before the course begins, the course fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation after the course has started

Once the course has started, no refunds are available for:

• missed classes

• partial attendance

• early withdrawal

• changes to personal circumstances

This applies regardless of the reason for absence.

4. Missed lessons

Lessons missed due to illness, travel, work, or personal reasons cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or carried over.
This includes individual lessons and whole days.

5. Course changes or cancellation by Lazy Dog English Studio

If Lazy Dog English Studio needs to cancel a course before it begins (for example, due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances), students will be offered:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer to a future course date (subject to availability).

If a course must be cancelled after it has started, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any undelivered lessons.

6. How to request a refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear.
